Product Description: The eMenu system consists of a digital menu accessible through customers' mobile devices. The eStand, an acrylic stand featuring a printed QR code and NFC tag, is provided to facilitate easy access to the digital menu.
Order placement:: Customers can place orders for eMenu through the company's website or designated platforms.
eStand Usage Customers can conveniently tap their mobile devices on the eStand or scan the QR code to access the digital menu.
Delivery: Delivery is available only locally. The company offers two delivery options: same-day delivery at a cost of 2BD and next-day delivery at a cost of 1.5BD.
Delivery Timeline For same-day delivery, customers can expect to receive their orders on the same day if the order is placed before the specified cutoff time. For next-day delivery, orders are delivered on the following day.
Order cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their orders. However, please note that canceled orders are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy: The company does not provide refunds for purchased eMenu systems. In the event that the NFC tag does not work, the company will replace the faulty eStand with a functional one.
